Contemporary Management 5th Edition:
This book has A LOT of information....along with a lot of typos. Each chapter contains many definitions and when having a test on three chapters, it took me hours just to go over all of the defitions. The actual information in the book was interesting and I like all of the articles at the end of each chapter.

This book is very informative and is going to be helpful in teaching me to manage my business. The class I'm taking is using this book and I'm glad they chose this one because it breaks things down into a language I can easily understand. It's perfect.

I have never experienced this poor of service before using Amazon. Sbenatar Books will not get my business again. Ordered the book expedited on august 30th and still has not arrived by october 2nd. This is not acceptable and shouldn't have ever taken this long!!
