User Friendly:
I bought this book because I had to have it for a class, but I have used it so much in actual teaching. I have used this book in several of my classes, and I have used it to trouble shoot problems with my own students. It is extremely user friendly, and I would recommend buying it.

This text proved to be extremly helpful when learning about and learning how to, work with the diverse classroom. I highly recommend this book, the author has many insights to offer the teacher in working with the diverse classroom.
Great Resource for new teachers!:
This was a great book to read prior to starting my student teaching. It helped me become comfortable in the classroom before I stepped foot in it. Excellent ideas for designing classroom management plans.
Get your Questions answered!:
The question and answer format was very helpful for clarifying questions that new teachers encounter as they pursue requirements of highly qualified teachers. Also, I've implemented service learning as an idea from this text to teach students concepts along with activities that benefit the community. Students learned to use math in practical matters and interacted with the community in a memorable way.
