I am very pleased with my new text book. I am especially glad that I paid extra for the express shipping. I received my book in 2-3 days, just when I needed It. The book has a bit of writting on it, but I knew that when I ordered it. Thanks...till next semester-D

I received the book quickly, but was somewhat disappointed in the condition of the book. It is completely filled with writing, notes, drawings, etc. It will work though...

I am very happy with the book; it was new even so I have bought a used one, I need it the booklet with the answers for the unit reviews, but I did not know. thank you

Very helpful:

This book is very easy to read and understand -- it's so worth it. The exercises at the end of each chapter and the self-help exercises are extremely helpful. I really enjoy doing the work.
