This slim little book (41 pages) contains no egregious errors, but it also doesn't really have a lot of practical information for today's guitarist. What it does contain is a decent introduction to intervals, scales and chords, on a level considered appropriate for a beginning classical guitarist 50 years ago, and still good for a talented pre-adolescent as a basic beginning. Good book for all guitarists:
Aaron Shearer books have always been very well written. This book is not only good for classical guitarists but every other style of guitar. It is easy to understand and in a workbook style. I am a guitar teacher and recommend it to my students. It gives them a good understanding of guitar theory.
