Too Basic:
The Blue Book is a much better reference and much less expensive. Grammar for Gorwnups is too basic and expensive.
Grammar for Computer People Too!:
I'm a programmer, not an English teacher. Now that our company has grown and I'm writing more reports (status, progress, etc.), I felt like I needed to work on my writing. I went through this book in about four hours and did most of the practice exercises. And believe it or not, I am actually feeling much better about my writing now.

great resource because I can use it with entry-level administrative
assistants as well as VP's. We also have many people for whom English
is not their first language and this resource has been very helpful for

Much Needed!:
Let me tell you about something embarrassing that happened to me last year. I sent an E-mail to an important client who was angry about a misplaced order. The client replied that he understood what happened and wouldn't hold it against us, which was a relief. Then he pointed out every grammatical error and misplaced comma in my message.
