Good content, bad production quality:
This is a useful, insightful book that will help anyone, of any behavioral style profile, be a more effective salesperson. Be forewarned, if you are like me (or like most of the introverts I know), the poor production quality and numerous typographical errors -- in general, the "I printed this in my basement" look and feel of this book -- may be a frustrating distraction from the content.
