Disappointed:
I purchased this book based on the positive reviews that had been submitted. I found, however, little information that is different from most other "how to write" books. I was disappointed that the price I paid did not match the outcome of my purchase. Would not recommend this book to anyone.

I retired from a 25-year career in high tech and used Pam's book as a guide to launch a new career as a food writer. The book helped me think of markets, guided me in writing, and has led me to several freelance writing opportunities. If you want to be a food writer, there isn't any better way to get started!
