Not worth buying:
This book gives you very basic information on how to write and publish a children's book. There are much better books out there that are more comprehensive. I could only suggest this book as an introduction, if that, to the world of children's book writing.
A really wonderful resource for novice writers!!!:
I have always loved creative writing, and I think that like me, anyone who enjoys writing entertains the thought of writing a book at one point or another. I began thumbing through this at a bookstore one afternoon and was sold on it in about 30 seconds. The authors of this book are realistic - they know that when people sit down and begin to write, the journey begins to look quite daunting and many give up after a few lines or pages.
