When I first received the book i was terribly upset, skimming through the pages was about all I seemed to be able to do, The reading was extremely long and dull, but I kept with it (after spending my hard earned money) and eventually the book didn't seem so bad. The exercises are great and can really help.
If your capable of reading between the lines then I would recommend this book...If not then you should really try another.
