Larson's and Lyon's books were better at explaining each section and how to create interest, but I liked this book for the actual examples. Give 'Em What They Want from Writers Digest Books Price: $11.55 Customer Review: I had no idea how to write a query letter, synopsis, etc. This book is a must for a beginner author - very complete and fairly up to date.
